Zukiya offers various arrangements for your pet's lodging. They have a really nice indoor and outdoor space where your pets can freely roam around. Zukiya-san is very kind to accommodate our late booking and early check-in requests. Grace always takes good care of our pet and sends us updates with photos and videos frequently. Thank you! 🤍🐾

"Always grateful for the love and care Zukiya Pet Boarding, Staycation and Grooming has given our furbabies. For more than four to five years now, we have never once felt disappointed. Every time we leave our pets in their care, we do so with complete peace of mind, knowing they are safe, well looked after, and genuinely loved.
Zukiya has always felt like more than just a boarding place. It truly feels like a second home for our dogs. We started with two furbabies and now have three, and it makes us so happy to see that all of them are always comfortable and excited every time they stay at Zukiya. From drop-off to pick-up, you can feel the care, patience, and attention given to each pet.
We also absolutely love their grooming services. Zukiya thoroughly cleaned and polished up our Speedy from her head all the way to her cutie tail. She came home looking fresh, happy, and clearly well cared for. It was also such a joy to know that she even got to meet a new puppy friend during her stay, which made the experience even more special.
Our dogs get the freedom to move, play, exercise, and simply be dogs, not just kept in a cage. That is something we truly value as pet parents, and it is one of the many reasons we continue to trust Zukiya year after year.

"I'm so happy that I finally found a pet boarding where they really care for my dog. Most of the pet hotels just keep your pets inside the cage. I love that the pets really have time to roam around and socialize with other dogs. I felt more at ease during my vacation because they always send photo updates
The grooming service is also superb! It’s been the 4th day since he was groomed and he still smells good and doesn’t shed a lot compared to before.
Will definitely book here again!

"Manbok has ADHD and often requires a lot more patience and attention than other dogs, he takes time to adjust and can be very clingy so we don’t like leaving him but sometimes we have to when we need to leave the country. He does not like being alone so one of our requirements was just that.
My husband and I felt very comforted boarding him at Zukiya’s because they constantly updated us with pictures and were easily reachable. Furthermore when we dropped him off the place had a lot of space for our boy to run around freely and was clean and comfortable for the dogs that were already boarded. When we picked him up, he was clean, no ticks, healthy and happy. He easily adapted coming home to our house so it seems like he did not feel as anxious or lonely as he did when he stayed at other boarding places. He did not lose much weight so they fed him on schedule and gave him treats as advised. All in all totally worth it!
Totally thankful for them for giving Manbok a comfortable and homey experience and will definitely be a repeat customer if we need to do it again. Thank you so much!"

"We are so thankful that we found Zukiya! 🐶💛 We were really looking for a high-quality and reliable dog daycare/boarding for our fur baby Arkee, especially since she is a house dog and not used to being left alone for long periods of time. We found Zukiya on Facebook, then we really checked their website and social media pages and their reviews and updates were super okay. What we really appreciated was how they explained all their services one by one. They really took the time to make sure we understood everything, which gave us extra confidence as fur parents. Honestly, we were a little hesitant at first because it was Arkee's first time being separated for so long, and of course we were worried that she wouldn't adjust or that she might get bullied since she wasn't used to other dogs. But we were so amazed by the approach of the Zukiya team. They didn't rush us, they gradually introduced Arkee to other dogs while they were observing us first. Because of that, she became very socialized and even found new friends! 🐾 Another thing we liked the most was their constant updates. Even if we didn't ask, they would spontaneously provide updates from morning to night about Arkee's activities. You could really see that she was all about play, interaction, and happy moments. 🥹 We also really appreciated that they gave Arkee a free bath and she smelled amazing when she came home! 😄 The products they used were also of a high standard, especially the ones with tea tree oil. It was our first time seeing her fur that soft and shiny! The staff was also very accommodating, and you could really feel their genuine care. The level of assurance and security they provided was so relaxing for us even though we were far away. You really knew your fur baby was safe, secure, and well-cared for. Honestly, we thought she was just a one-time daycare because we had a walk. But because the experience was so wonderful and Arkee clearly loves the Zukiya family, we decided to make it a regular event. 🐕💖 Thank you so much, Zukiya family! Very accommodating despite booking on short notice! my cat gets easily anxious in new environments, but they did their best making her feel comfortable.
