Medication and vitamins will only be administered when they can be safely mixed with the pet's food.
Zukiya does not perform force-feeding or manual medication administration, such as syringe feeding or direct oral feeding, as Zukiya is a pet-care facility and not a veterinary service provider.

WALK-IN SERVICE
Walk-in viewing/tours are not available.
Walk-in pet boarding or grooming requests may be accommodated subject to availability and completion of all required documents upon arrival.
Required documents include:
One valid government-issued IDs of the pet owner
Updated vaccination card for the pet
IMPORTANT HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE
For the health and safety of all guests, pets must arrive in their healthiest condition, with no visible signs of illness, injury, parasites (including fleas or ticks), or other health concerns.
All pets undergo a brief health assessment upon arrival.
Zukiya reserves the right to decline admission if a pet is deemed unfit for boarding or grooming.
PARVO DISCLOSURE
If your pet has a current or previous history of Canine Parvovirus (Parvo), including pets who have fully recovered and are Parvo survivors, please disclose this to Zukiya before booking or check-in.
A veterinary clearance confirming that your pet is fit to board and does not pose a current infectious risk may be required before check-in.
Pets with a history of Parvo must also have completed the required Parvo vaccination according to their veterinarian's recommended vaccination schedule, and an updated vaccination record must be presented when requested.
Failure to disclose a previous Parvo infection or provide the required veterinary documentation may result in the booking being declined or the pet being refused admission for the protection of other guests.
