WHAT TO BRING

Required Items:

Your pet's regular food diet (awareness for diet allergy’s)

Leash with collar - (for dogs / crate)

Diapers/pee pads (for dogs indoor stays)

Crate/cat bag (for cats) for check in and check out must be inside a crate. Optional Items:

Soft treats, biscuits, or small chews only

Toys Optional Items:

Pet’s bedding

Soft treats, biscuits, or small chew treats only (hard chew treats are not allowed for safety reasons, as they may pose a choking risk)

IMPORTANT • Arrival Policy: All pets must be properly secured in a crate or on a leash when entering the facility for safety purposes. • Check-out Reminder: Please ensure all belongings are collected before departure. Zukiya is not responsible for any items left on the premises.

All optional services are subject to availability and the pet’s behavior.

Premium Care Package – ₱300/day • Extra morning and evening walks • Extended playtime and one-on-one attention

Enclosure Policy: Pets that are not accustomed to being in a cage/enclosure—even for short periods—are required to avail of the Premium Care Package for their safety and comfort.

Food & Care Services – ₱50/day each • Food refrigeration or heating of cooked food • Hot water • Medication administration and ointment/spray application

Medication Policy: Medication and vitamins will only be administered if they can be mixed with the pet’s food. We do not perform force feeding or manual administration (e.g., syringe or direct oral feeding), as we are not a veterinary service provider. If a pet refuses to eat or take medication mixed with food, Zukiya will not be held liable for missed doses.

If you want a long-lasting, fresh-smelling furry companion with reduced shedding, our specialty grooming helps maintain your pet’s skin health and overall condition.

Rates vary depending on coat condition, size, breed, and behavior ₱1,800 – ₱6,800
